I have not been following my plan very well the last week or two. I was dreading weigh in this morning. As it turns out, I still lost .2 pounds this week, so I'm happy I didn't gain, but I need to get back on track.

I haven't been eating my fruits and vegetables.

I haven't been journaling my points every day.

I haven't been drinking all my water.

I haven't been measuring my food, and I've just been "guessing".

I have been skipping my workouts 1 day a week, so I've only been going to the gym 4 times instead of 5.

I keep making excuses saying that I've been too busy.....but I really need to get it back together!!! I started off today well. I did 40 minutes of cardio at the gym, and about 30 minutes of weights. I also measured my cereal and my milk this morning!!!!!

No more excuses for me!!!!
