today and had really good day. It is open til 12, so it is nice to only be there for 3 or 4 hours. We had our craft show last Sat and it was very slow. Got one more in Oct but the Farmer's Market seems to be a good place.
It really got hot about 11 am but I had a tent for a little shade.

Hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend here in the States and please be safe!! Lots of people around!!

So glad that event worked well for you. We have a Farmers Market each Saturday, too. It was rainy here today so I didn't walk down. Laziness got in the way. Emily texted that she and the roomies went down to their market because they were giving corn away. College student budget scored big there!!

That's great to get free food esp in college. Our market had the taste of the market today. A local chef prepared dishes from produce and meats available for sell. Smelled good. I bought homemade mozzerlla cheese tomatoes and sausage. Usually I don't buy much.

Mmmmmm, homemade mozzarella sounds really yummy! I have never tried to sell any of my stuff but the market sounds like a good first choice.

I give you ladies tons of credit...but "as for me" it looks like waaaay too much work...considering the kitchen is NOT my favorite room!!! HOWEVER, I saw, andsnatched the part about the rolled paper chess set. I have 2 dgs who love to play chess. I'm gonna see if they are interested in making their own set.

i had never thought of making cheese before I saw this homemade moz at the Market. I think after looking at the info Dee showed, the 8.00 is a good deal.

Too funny Paula! I bet it's way more than $8 by the time you get all the stuff you need to make it. I want to give it a try though.
