cut my own. I like having the creative freedom to choose any color or even pattern cardstock.

I also cut my own cardstock, although I have seen some very nice pre-cut ones in the TAC catty. I may get some for very special occasions.

Much prefer cutting my own.

I like the texture of the cardstock I use. I found the paper of packaged pre-cut cards to be smoother than I like them to be... harder to stamp on. But then again, that may just be me not knowing my own strength! lol!

cut my own!! I like the flexibility of choosing what color card I'd like to make. :) I always keep a stash of different colors at my house. :)

I cut mine, but I have a bunch of white that came with some envelopes I needed and I'll use them.

Both! I buy pre-packaged sometimes if it is a good deal, but I prefer cutting my own cardstock. I like unusual shapes like square cards or tri-fold cards!

I cut my own as well...although I just bought a box of 50 pre cut one's from DCWV at M's last week with one of my 50% off Coupons...(I had to use the coupon BEFORE I could leave the Store now!)

I guess I just pre cut mine by habit & because it is just plain easier & cheaper! :)

Its called Image Plus Card Stock. Its 110 lb and comes in 250 sheets for $6.50 or something like that. I have searched high and low and this is my favorite paper :). I do have to cut it in 1/2 but that's fine with me. Good luck

I cut my own. It's much more easy to customize your card that way. I have on occassion used a precut card that someone gave me.

I love being able to make my card bases out of any color my little heart desires. So I just always cut my own!!! Only takes a second, and I've never done the research, but it's probably cheaper too!

I do both...luckily our local craft store is in a market so pretty cost effective with quality and also her cardstock sheets are pretty good quality /cheap too.

I have been cutting my own.
I noticed that some of the premade ones are made from thinner cardstock and if I stamped directly onto the card, it showed through.
I still have plenty of the premade ones that I bought on sale, but I will use mats etc. with them to avoid the "see through" problem.

I always cut my own. It is cheaper, you can make what ever color you want, and it is quick and easy!

I think in my early days of stamping, I bought some of M's cs but I haven't done that in years. Someone gave me a pack last fall and I STILL haven't used it. It's smaller than the normal A2 size.

I cut my own too. Just last night I picked up a package of precut cards from Js because they are square and came with envelopes. I thought I would give those a try.

I cut my onw cause I am too cheap to buy precut ones.
I also like to make them to fit standard mailing envies.

I tend to do both...mostly cut my own, but when I find a really good deal, I grab 'em up. I generally just use the card for a "frame" and attach the stuff I make to it, so they don't have to be very fancy. :)

I cut my own too for all the reasons stated above. When I first started doing cards I bought the pre-made ones but, now I have my jam up Tonic Studios paper cutter (love it!!) and I can cut straight lines now! :)

both, and it depends on what i am doing, alot of the time if i buy prepackaged sets its to get the envies... so i tend to cover the cheapie cards that come in the packs with more colored cardstock and use the "cards as a liner" if that makes sense. but, mostly i cut my own paper.

I cut my own unless I want square ones. Mostly buy them for the envelopes.

I always cut my own, then I can make any size or shape I want.

I also make most of my own envelopes of pattern cardstock, with the pattern inside to coordinate with the card. I use the Kreate a lope template. It's simple and quick for a nice effect.

I like to cut my own, but when I need to make a certain number for a swap and I find a color I like and can work with then I will buy a package. I, do, prefer cutting myself as the cardstock is thicker/textured, but I tend to get lazy and end up buying some pre-cut as well:)

I cute my own because it is cheaper. I make a lot of cards to hand out and to sell at craft fairs. It keeps my prices down if I cut it myself.

But I recently bought a box of DCWV that were cheap with my coupon - -I liked the colors. But they are all curled inside so I really didn't save anything. I've used them -- but I'm not happy about it!

I went to an office supply store and bought a package of cardstock. Then had them cut it half, so all I have to do is fold it in half! I forgot how much it cost, but it was inexpensive.
