Cheesecake Pudding Bowls
I accidentally bought cheesecake pudding mix, and was trying to figure out what to do with it since I feared it would taste like artificial flavors! This is what I came up with.
INGREDIENTS:
Jell-o fat-free, sugar-free pudding mix...cheesecake flavor
2 cups skim milk
1 sheet of reduced fat graham cracker
Smuckers no sugar added strawberry preserves

Put the graham cracker into a baggie and use a rolling pin or wooden spoon to crumble it.
Divide the crumbs equally into 4 small dessert bowls.
Add a bit of water to the crumbs to form a damp mix in the bottom of the bowls. (This will prevent the crumbs from rising to the top when pudding is added)
Mix pudding according to package directions.
Pour into the 4 bowls. Add a tablespoon of the preserves to each bowl.
I added a dollop of fat-free, sugar-free Cool Whip when I ate one.
It was quite good!
I figure the plain pudding is one point, so this is probably 2 points with the graham cracker, preserves and Cool Whip.
Note: I probably would use one more graham cracker next time.
Let me know how you like this.

Sounds delish. I have the cheesecake pudding but I've never made anything with it. I'll have to get some graham crackers and try this. Thanks for participating in the challenge!
