Anyone interested in doing this?
I found this post at 2peas and I think it's a good idea
I dont know about the rest of you, but seeing blank holes in the schedule would modivate me to do it that day
Especially knowing that the rest of you looking at what I might not be doing
Anyone want to try it?
I wont be starting until Wed since my dad doesnt leave until Tues, but then I plan on working out 5-6 days a week and setting a 3lb/week goal until May.
Spark People is also a really good website to input what you are eating and keeping track that way
