Question about published cards using Sherry's background templates

Sherry, this is a question personally to you but I'll post it here as I am sure other's quite possibly will encounter the same thing and that has to do with your printable background templates. Is it permissible to use your templates as patterned paper backgrounds on cards submitted for publication in stamping magazines? If so, how would you prefer we credit your creations?

You are certainly free to use my templates/backgrounds on your published items. The only rule I have for my templates is no selling.

For credit, you can just use stamp-shack.com
