Glad to hear you weren't hurt more than soreness. I don't know if NC has a law against driving & talking on cell phones at the same time yet or not. I know there's talk about it. Take care and get some rest but move some so you don't get too stiff. That last statement sounds like an oxymoron, rest but keep moving.
