Oh crap guys! back on the issue of eggs

Did you know they make an egg cooker for the microwave. I have one and use it all the time. You fill the bottom up with water then it has this metal thing you sit the eggs in and then a lid and you cook them for about 10 mins. depending on your microwave. It's great when you only want to cook one or two. It holds up to four. I got it at Wal-Mart over where they have thier microwaves.

Hmmm - I tried to cook eggs in the microwave once - many years ago. It was not very successful - as I recall it was a big mess. This new contraption sounds interesting!

Erin - glad your eggs were ok. I once forgot about them and the water boiled out and the shells and whites of the eggs were scorched brown!

I made egg salad for lunch and it was yum-mo!!!!

I made egg salad with Miracle Whip two days ago - had some for lunch and then DH - who despises Miracle Whip ate the rest! I'm planning to get some green olives when I'm out later today and make some more!
