That is Paul who was the husband (widower) of Mary Alice. He's the one who killed Martha Huber with a blender for sending the note that led to Mary Alice's suicide.

Kirsty, I don't think that little piece of into will spoil the final episode when you see it because it was just the "teaser" for next season but had nothing at all to do with the final episode. You'll have to watch it to learn what happens to everyone.
