This is news to me too. Are you sure you saw that right? How can we ALL not know about this? LOL

Yeah, I'm sure--it's a little square and says "no postage necessary etc". Just like that junk mail we all get. I never buy cards either, so I can understand why we haven't seen it. I went down that aisle by mistake the other day (talk about not paying attention!!!) and the sign about no postage necessary in the card section caught my eye. It's very business-like and I'm not fond of that appearance on a greeting card, but it does save a PO trip. What Next?!?!?!

On one hand I'm saying how long has this been happening and why didn't I know it. On the other hand, I wonder why it didn't happen a long time ago!!!
