Looking fro some prayers for me

I've had a lot of recent health problems lately.


One issue would clear up and then another one would happen. arghh!!!!!


Then on top of that I had a very bad panic attack visiting family on Thanksgiving. I always have my medicine with me. So I took it and after several hours for the attack subsided.

I'll be thinking of you Shelley! It's nice to hear that you were able to spend time with your family even though it can't be easy for you. Hopefully some of your health issues will ease up for you.

You sound like me and the number one cause of all this is stress! cut out the stress and anxiety from your life and you will feel better! I've been feeling bad for a while now and about 3 weeks ago, all hell broke loose and my body feels like it is trying to kill me. It is my job, I'm trying to find another job and applying elsewhere but no call backs yet. I feel your pain and just hang in there and try to relax (I have a lot of anxiety issues) and do something just for you to try to relax, a massage, a pedicure, etc. I will keep you in my thoughts and hope you too, can overcome all that has been ailing you!
