Our FL house has sold!!

I'm so happy for you Sherri! I know it's been a very long time. We've had one of our FL houses on and off the market over the past few years. We just decided tonight that we are going to put it back on the market. We love the house but we don't go there enough to justify the expense of it and now that we have grandkids I think we will go there even less. Our other FL house is a rental so we will keep that (for now anyway) as we are way under water with that one.
