Listen to this crazy thing I did as a kid

I was a total nut, nothing's changed.

I used to make paper, I mean decorate plain paper, then I'd cut it into little slips. like one inch by three inches and put a happy face on one end and "Smile it increases your FACE VALUE" on the other. Then I'd put them all over, I'd roll them up and put them on tables at resturants, in the box the newspaper comes in, just drop them around, thinking people would find them and be cheered up.

Isn't that nuts?
